What lvl can I start farming exp there and where is it also what best way for a newb to earn Adena to buy gear

IIRC it's level 45+ that you can start hunting there. It's solid experience for new players. Depending on your class, you may want to start there at different points / gear levels.

Melee classes (including illusionist) can make solid adena per hour in Silver Knight Caves (Training Dungeon on the town teleport NPC) floor 3 at really low levels and floor 4 when you've got a handle on it. Juice potions and sell NZEL/NDAI to the shop to finance your needs, or save them to make your +5 or better Helm of Magic Resistance and Cloak of Magic Resistance. When you can get your hands on a +7 of each of those, and two 10% rings (Rings of Magic Immunity) you should be all set for noob TOS.

Mages/ranged can do well obliterating black knight packs aroud Silver Knight Town (Warp 2) and the Small Wasteland (East by north-east of warp 8). Gather, nuke, teleport to town and sell and repeat. For this method, take the time to invest in a Ring of Teleportation Control (ROTC), it will change your life.
