Cannot find 'mss32.dll'. Please reinstall this application

I've just finished downloading it and updating and it's giving me error in the subject.

How do i fix?

Downloaded the mss32.dll and now it shows 'Cannot find 'libpng13.dll'.' I downloaded that 'libpng13.dll' and put it in system32 folder but it didn't work... I have NET 4.6.1 and msvcredists 2008 and 2012.

The solution is very simple (ty Charles) and I feel stupid now... You have to download client files from https://l1justice.com/lineage/download/ not only the launcher or the game won't start...
