libpng13.dll missing

After extracting and launching launcher got this error:

Missing libpng13.dll

O.S. Windows 7.

Any ideas?

Make sure you have .net 4.6.1 installed for the launcher. If you stil get the error, the lineage client uses Visual C++ 2008/2012 redistributable:
