I'm good with either.  No need to reduce cooldown if no more junk silver arrows.  That would create more of an infulx of better arrows then the cooldown reduction though so either helps a ton.

I agree with this.  20-23 hours still keeps the intended wait while not pushing the time back each time with the 24 hour wait.  Its annoying and every so often I'll let it go a day so I 'reset' my timer to right when I get on.&…

The MOP strength, exp and now lvl cap is just fine there.  No need to change and like others said, mages aren't hurting for easy areas to lvl.  It is manageable there and good experience.

Anyone else having issues making the game full screen?  It's windowed for me.  I've tried the Alt+enter and Alt+F2.   I've tried messing with resoultion and compatibility too.  Any help is appreciated.
